3M, Vosschemie resolve patent dispute
3M Co. and Vosschemie GmbH said Friday they have settled a patent infringement lawsuit that 3M filed last November. The case involves a patent 3M owns concerning its Paint Preparation Systems products. 3M manufactures and sells a disposable cup paint mixing system under its PPS brand.

NEW YORK, N.Y. – A 12-year dispute that illustrated the difficulty of proving that art was stolen by Nazis in World War II ended Tuesday with an agreement that a 1912 oil painting will be returned to a Vienna museum and displayed with an acknowledgement that it was stolen from a Jewish art dealer by a Nazi agent.
